Return and Exchange Policy
At Bazaar Mahal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a simple and flexible return & exchange policy to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange orders will be processed once your returned item is picked up and passes quality checks.

If the requested product or size is out of stock, our team will contact you for an alternative.

Return & Exchange is free of cost (Bazaar Mahal will bear the reverse shipping charges).

Refunds are issued as Store Credit only.

Store Credit will be provided after the returned product passes the Quality Check (QC) process.

Each order is eligible for one-time return or exchange only.

Orders placed using Store Credit are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
Damaged / Defective / Missing Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Please share images and details of the issue with our support team via email or WhatsApp.
Once verified, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the case.
⚠️ Note: Minor misprints, slight color variations, or handcrafted irregularities are not considered defects. These are natural characteristics of handmade or artisanal products and indicate authenticity.
Exclusions

Items purchased from third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) are not eligible for returns/exchanges through BazaarMahal.com.

If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the item to our warehouse. After successful QC, a ₹150 Store Credit will be issued as a shipping reimbursement.
Return & Exchange Request Process

Visit our Return/Exchange Request page (link to be added).

Select the product you wish to return or exchange.

Provide the reason and upload product images (if damaged/defective).

A reverse pickup will be arranged for orders within India.

Ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags intact.

Orders made using Store Credit are not eligible for return/exchange.
Store Credit
-
Issued within 24 hours after pickup and successful QC.
-
Valid for 365 days from the date of issue.

Store Credit covers product value only (shipping charges are non-refundable).
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
-
If cancelled after dispatch, a deduction of ₹180 will apply to cover shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
International Orders

Reverse pickups are not available for international orders.

Customers must self-ship the product back to our warehouse at their own cost, including customs duties.

Refunds will be issued as Store Credit or product refund (shipping charges non-refundable).

International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
Alternatively, if someone is traveling from your country to India, you may send the product with them to save on shipping costs.
For damaged or defective items, please email images and order details to a61975129@gmail.com. After verification, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after QC approval.

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged product delivered

In all other cases, refunds are issued as Store Credit only.

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method after QC clearance.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via an online payment link sent to your registered email or phone number.
(If not redeemed within 3 months, please contact us for a new link.) -
A flat fee of ₹200 will be deducted for refunds (not applicable for defective items).

Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
