What is Your Shipping Timeline?

Our shipping timelines vary depending on the product you order.

Most clothing and fashion items are delivered within 3 to 15 working days across India.
The exact delivery timeline for each product is mentioned in its respective product description section.
Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email and WhatsApp message with complete tracking details.

⚠️ Important:
Please do not accept any parcel if it appears to be tampered with or damaged.
Bazaar Mahal will not be responsible for issues related to tampered or opened packages after delivery.

Do You Offer Reverse Pickup for Exchanges?

✅ Yes, we offer reverse pickup for eligible items within India.

However, in some pin codes, reverse pickup may not be available due to courier limitations.
In such cases, you may need to self-ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost and risk.
Once we receive and inspect your product, your exchange or store credit will be processed accordingly.

Where Can I Find My Tracking Details?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message and email containing your tracking link.

You can track your shipment in real-time through the provided tracking number or link.

If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

What Are Your Shipping Charges?

We currently offer FREE Shipping across India on all prepaid and COD orders.

For select heavy or oversized items, a minimal delivery fee may apply (mentioned at checkout before payment).

Is There Plastic in Your Packaging?

International Shipping
